46 newly diagnosed cases in China


From 0:00 to 24:00 on March 21, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) and Xinjiang production and Construction Corps reported 46 newly confirmed cases, 6 newly died cases (5 in Hubei) and 45 newly suspected cases.
On the same day, 504 cases were cured, 1110 close contacts were released from medical observation, and 118 severe cases were reduced.
As of 24:00 on March 21, according to the reports of 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) and Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, there are 5549 confirmed cases (1845 severe cases), 72244 discharged cases, 3261 dead cases, 81054 confirmed cases and 118 suspected cases. There were 687680 close contacts and 10071 close contacts still under medical observation.
There are 0 newly confirmed cases (0 in Wuhan), 490 newly cured and discharged cases (463 in Wuhan), 5 newly dead cases (4 in Wuhan), 5224 currently confirmed cases (5143 in Wuhan), including 1812 severe cases (1794 in Wuhan). The total number of discharged patients was 59432 (42354 in Wuhan), 3144 (2508 in Wuhan) and 67800 (50005 in Wuhan). There are 0 new suspected cases (0 in Wuhan) and 0 existing suspected cases (0 in Wuhan).
From 0:00 to 24:00 on March 21, 45 cases (14 in Shanghai, 13 in Beijing, 7 in Guangdong, 4 in Fujian, 2 in Jiangsu, 1 in Hebei, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Shandong and Sichuan) were newly reported. As of 24:00 on March 21, 314 confirmed cases imported from abroad have been reported.
A total of 444 confirmed cases were reported from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan: 273 cases from Hong Kong SAR (100 discharged, 4 dead), 18 cases from Macao SAR (10 discharged), 153 cases from Taiwan (28 discharged, 2 dead).
